foundation cream pump, lotion pump, aerosol valve, vacuum bottle pump.
The size of the pump head is determined by the diameter of the matching bottle. The spray size is 12.5mm-24mm,
and the water output ranges from 0.1ml per drop to 0.2ml per drop. It is generally used on the packaging for perfume,
gel water and other products. The length can be determined according to the height of the bottle.
The size of the lotion pump ranges from 16ml to 38ml, and the water output ranges from 0.28ml per drop to 3.1ml per drop.
It is generally used in creams and washing products.
Special dispensers such as foam pump heads and hand-held nozzles, the non-inflated hand pump head, does not require gas to create foam, and can be used to produce quantitative high quality foam with a light press. The special dispensers are usually equipped with a special bottle. Hand-held sprayers are commonly used on products such as detergents.
The composition of the dispenser is more complicate. It is generally composed of dust cover, hoe, mast, gasket, piston, spring, valve, bottle cap, pump body, straw, and valve ball (with steel ball, glass ball). The cap and dust cover can be colored, electroplated,
and can be set with an electric aluminum ring. Due to the large number of molds involved in a pump head, and the large order quantity, the MOQ is generally 10,000-20,000 pcs, but JUNSAM has advantage of control cost and production, so our MOQ can be lower like 5,000 pcs. The delivery period is 15 days to 20 days after confirmation one samples.
