Aluminium Squeeze Tube for Animal Food Packaging

The Aluminium Squeeze Tube is made out of pure aluminum slug or flake in purity not inferior to 99.7%.

It is generally used as the packaging for semi-liquid products, include but not limit to animal food or nutrition tube, chocolate, mustard, hot sauce ketchup and chilli paste and pharmaceutical eye ointment.

The aluminium squeeze tube is also widely used as the packaging for products containing chemicals, such as hair color cream, hair dyeing, glue, adhesive and lubricant etc..

The tube packaging is also widely as the containers of pharmaceutical ointment and chemical products, such as lubricant, grease, glue and adhesive etc.

Some manufacturers of the personal skin care, toiletry and hotel amenities products also use the aluminum flexible tube as the packaging.

OEM customized design is printed on the aluminum soft tube through offset method, which enhance the brand images definitely.

There are various diameters of the aluminum foldable tube.  Generally the pharmaceutical tubes are in diameters of 13.5mm, 16mm, 19mm and 25mm. The cosmetic tubes like hair color dye and hand cream are in sizes of 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm and 38mm.  The chemical products are normally in big sizes of 30mm, 32mm and 35mm.  The length of the tube is generally decided within tolerant range limit per the volume of the product.

A: Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 30,000 pieces as well to consolidate

Q: How is your lead time?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in slow season; while it could be longer in peak season.
But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples of aluminum soft tube from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A:  Storage samples are always free any time.  But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.

Q: Our company is launching several new products, and we’re looking for a metal collapsible tube type. This is the first time we work on the aluminum tubes, what would be the process if we are going to order from you?
A:  We could follow the steps as:
~ We will quote you the price per your requirement about the tubes. (Basic information about diameter and length or volume, cap will be needed. If you don’t know anything about the size, you could refer to the Volume chart we provided above.)
~  Free samples will be sent to you for your evaluation or testing inner lacquer stability.
~ Customized samples will be made for you given you provided the artwork.
~ After you approved the samples, we could start the cooperation procedure.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it      could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.

Q: What is the diameter range are you capable of with the aluminum tube?
A:  Our general diameter ranges from 13.5 mm to 40 mm.
